Custom Cut Beef

For those that want it exactly their way. We offer custom cuts with half and full cows.  We'll put you directly in contact with the butcher so you can make sure you get exactly the cuts you want, cut how you want them. This includes hanger steaks, organs, fat, suet and the head depending on your desires. You will pay approximately half up front and the remainder once the butchering is done before delivery.
