We started started raising beef so we could end our dependance on Pesticides, Chemical Fertilizers and a global supply chain.  Raising beef allows us to focus on regenerative agriculture using management intensive grazing to improve the health of our soil, which makes for healthier plants animals and people. This entire cow has been split into 8 equal portions and reserved just for your friends and family.  The 8 shares can be split up any way you choose.
