In addition to purchasing our beef, there is an approximate $800 processing/cut & wrap fee from the processor. This fee will be paid directly to the processor when you pick up your order. About 300-350 lbs of finished vacuum packed steaks and Ground Beef. Orders are typically ready for pickup 14-20 days after initial processing date. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.
