Fancy Silver Fume beads start out as a solid color tube that gets that gets fumed with a layer of 99.9% pure silver and 24kt gold. This gives the beads a iridescent coating in an array of colors. I then use a clear glass rod to create a spiral and marble free form motif on the surface. The clear brings out the highlights on the silver and gives it a bit of texture.
