Antler, Obsidian & Abalone Beads Owl Necklace by Raymond Tsalate

A fantastic antler horned owl pendant necklace with large and small sized black obsidian beads & 12 shaped abalone beads. This owl necklace was made by Ray Tsalate and delivered to Sunshine Studio in August of 2020. The owl is carved from antler and has a bobcat outline inlaid with jet & a pipestone heart line incised on the the front of its loan cloth. The eyes on the owl are gold-lip with penn shell pupils. The brown highlights on the anthropomorphic 'feet' and wings are burnished & the tufts are inlaid with peacock feathers.
