SF90 Epoxy Wood Varnish - Gallon

The Superflite epoxy wood varnish is designed to seal all of the aircraft's wood surfaces, while at the same time acting as a primer prior to attaching fabric or applying topcoat.  Mixing Ratio: Mix one part SF90 Epoxy Base to one part SF920 Epoxy Catalyst.  Reduce 15-25% with the 7800-series reducers. Clean Up:   Use lacquer thinner. Application: • Apply 1 - 2 medium wet coats over substrate• Allow 15 minutes between coats, 60 minutes to topcoat• Scuff after 48 hour period• Clean gun after spraying is completed Safety: Refer to Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for complete safety instructions.
