On the inside, you'll find 1800 red and near-infrared light-emitting diodes that deliver high irradiance so you can get a quick, efficient treatment in the comfort of your home. The full-body red light therapy pod comes with an easy-to-use controller which allows you to adjust your brightness, and the length of your treatment as well as enable pulse mode if desired. The mat measures 63 inches long by 24 inches wide. It can also be unzipped to create one large mat 64 inches wide. The total number of LEDs in the pod is 1800pcs, including 945pcs on the back and 855pcs on the front.
