The Super Swim warm-up system.  Intended to be a great way to get the blood pumping and get warmed up before a swim but you can also get a great chest and back workout. Work against your body weight and own resistance to get the most out of this system. Includes flexible post with smooth stainless steel pulley and two water-resistant handles. The choice of adding in the anchor is an option but not needed if you already have the tether system anchor.
