Pro-Series 6" Precision Angle Lock Milling Vise Precision ground to accuracy on parallelism and squareness. Lock down design secures the moveable jaw preventing it from lifting upwards. Machining of bed height is +/1 .0005". Vise bed and jaws are case hardened to HRC45. Clamping force is up to 8,200 lbs. Angle tight positive lock style jaw are interchangeable with American Standard vises. Ductile iron body. Anti-floating structure reduces floating when clamping. Sealed bearing system reduces clamping force and increases the life of the bearings. Jaw plate perpendicularity and parallelism is within 0.03mm. Shipping Weight: 75 lbs
