Asana Silk & Wool Meditation Mat

Our new Asana Silk & Wool Meditation Mat is ideal for meditating seated on the floor. Many of our customers have requested an item like this, made with the same design and materials as our popular Meditation Chair Blankets. These mats are made with loving care according to Paramahansa Yogananda's instructions for meditation: using silk and wool. Made with 100% pure Dupioni Silk from India and lined with 100% pure wool, this meditation mat will insulate the body from subtle earth currents allowing for a deeper, more still meditation. We have added a layer a 100% pure cotton batting in between the two fabrics to give it a nice weight and feel.  After a lot of thought, we decided on the ideal size: 24" x 36". It is large enough for a 6 foot tall person to sit comfortably, and does not take up much floor space.
