Tasting notes: It presents aromas such as fresh plums, strawberries, acidic red fruits, fresh herbaceous aromas such as mint, nuts such as dates in the end, earthy aromas. Fresh entry with marked acidity, flavors of young black plum, dark chocolate, subtle wood present in its round tannins. Food Pairing:  Fresh, jovial wine, ideal to accompany meats lean as loin, steak, and also simple pasta with creamy sauces such as pappardelle with ragout of hare.
