Tasting notes: Intense garnet with violet edges. Notes of black fruit and red fruit such as plums, blackberries and blueberries. Friendly, balanced, presence of ripe tannins. Pairing: Roasted, stewed or grilled red meats. Also stuffed pasta with seasoned sauces.
