Ali shan is one of the well known growing regions in Taiwan, characterized by its high mountain ranges and cooler climate. The tea leaves grow slowly here, developing a high concentration of oil. Our Ali Shan oolong is a roasted oolong, using only just sprouted leaves, resulting in a warm, toasted honey flavor.
