Cinnamon Sampler

A selection of cinnamons for the baker, chef, and spice lover. Our sampler set contains three categories of cinnamon - Cassia from Indonesia, the sweet ingredient that Americans call cinnamon and use often in baking, Cinnamon from Vietnam, an heirloom cinnamon with a high oil content making it sweet and intense, and True Cinnamon from Sri Lanka, the savory, earthy cinnamon with a slight spice. The sampler set is a great way to try a bit of each cinnamon to find out which is your preferred spice for bakes, rice, and drinks.
