Porcini Mushrooms, Dried

Dried mushrooms have a concentrated earthy flavor. They are great to add to broths for soups or to flavor risottos. Create a mushroom stock that can then be used to make a mushroom gravy, great for vegetable pot pies, vegetarian shepherd’s pie, or simply a mound of fluffy mashed potatoes.
