This kayak back support system with its comfortable ergonomic lumbar section is ideal for the tall paddler or anyone needing extra firm back support. Like all of our compression molded seats the fabric is literally welded to the foam. This welded sandwiched construction provides years of back support that is forever free of any fabric tearing or ripping that occurs with conventional manufacturing of sewn kayak seats. If it tears we will replace it... Our seats are made in compression ovens at 350 degrees of heat and 60 tons of pressure ensuring maximum abrasion resistance and longevity way beyond industry standard. The back of the seat bottom and backrest is made from rugged 600 denier fabric giving the kayak seat rigidly and durability. I
