 A deliciously smooth and creamy cheese, Godminster’s Vintage Bruton Beauty cheddar is a multi-award-winning cheddar, covered in our distinctive burgundy wax. We make our cheddar to a traditional 90-year-old recipe and mature it for up to 12 months. After that, we select the very best cheese to make into one of our award-winning truckles.
