An Eighties wool plaid skirt got cut and hemmed to a sassy 17" and the leftover fabric was turned into a pillbox hat. The skirt has a pleated front and side pockets. It is fully lined with a back zipper. The label is Leslie Fay, size 14p. Waist measures 15" flat, the hip measures 21" flat. Dry Clean Only.
