Description We spent a lot of time thinking about what makes the perfect dog poop bag! Initially we thought we wanted a biodegradable bag; however, unless you live in an area where pet waste can be recycled (and that's like, 1 city in the US), all pet waste goes to landfill. In a landfill, it doesn't matter much if the bags break down or not; in fact, landfills are designed so that things DON'T break down! Add to that, nearly all the biodegradable bags we researched were made in China. To us, the best option for dog waste would be a bag made from recycled plastic and made in the USA. We found a small business that makes our bags right here in Los Angeles and ticks all our boxes! And lastly can be used for other pet waste too!
