Shrimp - Jumbo Reds (Raw/Shell-on)

These large, wild-caught "red" shrimp are a naturally pigmented ruby color, even when uncooked. We sell them virtually untouched: delivered frozen, raw/uncooked, not deveined, and with the shell-on (but head-removed). Sweet with a texture closer to prawns than shrimp, they're ready to star in your next culinary adventure!  Source: Sustainably Wild-Caught, Argentina. Quantity: One unit is approximately one pound (16 to 20 per pound) of raw, frozen shrimp.
