Arnica Relief Salve

Directions for use: apply liberally to sore muscles, achy joints, menstrual cramps, arthritis, bruises, and nerve pain.* Do not use on broken skin. Ingredients: Organic olive and sunflower oil infused with arnica (Arnica cordifolia), comfrey (symphytum x uplandicum), cottonwood bud (Populous trichocarpa), and St. John’s wort (Hypericum perforatum), local beeswax, shea butter, vitamin E oil, essential oils of rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis), lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), peppermint (Mentha piperita), ginger (Zingziber officinale), and vetiver (Vetiveria zizanoides) Precautions: Do not use on broken skin. Do not ingest, and keep away from children. Do not use while breastfeeding, and consult a doctor for use during pregnancy.
