Grand Marnier / Amaretto Truffles

Whether it's Grand Marnier or Amaretto, our rich and creamy truffles feature a ganache center using a traditional European recipe that includes butter.  This decadent chocolate will melt in your mouth instantly. Grand Marnier is infused with the essence of its namesake's liqueur.  It features a bold citrus taste made with fresh orange puree and orange peel oil.  This recipe does not contain alcohol. Amaretto is an almond liqueur with a flavor profile of dark cherries and sweet almond oil.  Named for Amaretto liqueur for its rich almond taste, this recipe does not contain any alcohol. Wine pairings: Grand Marnier pairs well with Pinot Gris, whereas Amaretto pairs well with a Ruby Port or an Oaked Chardonnay.
