We proudly list our ingredients: sodium bicarbonate, citric acid, sea salt, colloidal oats (gluten free), sweet almond oil, cream of tartar, fragrance, kaolin clay, coconut milk, honey powder, oatsBath Bomb Instructions: Fill bath with lots of water, remove from bag and place bomb in warm tub water. Allow bomb to release natural oils while it fizzes away. Sit back and enjoy relaxing in your tub!  After bath, pat skin dry...your skin will love you for it! Do be careful exiting the tub, natural oils may cause tub to be a little slippery. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
