Guatemala SO Beancoming Collection

For our Beancoming spring collection we sourced from four very distinct coffee origins. This first release is from the Huehuetenango region in Guatemala.  We experience sweet plum, orange zest, almond, a juicy mouthfeel and medium body.  This coffee is vibrant, complex and works great for drip and pour overs, as well as for concentrates.  Origin: Guatemala SOAltitude: 1,500-2,000 MASL (meters above sea level)Process: Washed Farming: Smallholders / Volcanic Soil Certifications: Free of Mold, Yeast, Heavy Metal, Mycotoxins Roast: Light - Medium
