The skirt has a waistband that sits at your natural waist, and opens in the back with a zipper.  Available in multiple sizes and a standard length of 17", we offer custom lengths at no extra charge - just enter it in the Custom Length box. Our custom ‘Bloomin’ Lovely’ print comes to life in a smaller, delicate floral design. The pattern is printed on 100% cotton poplin and the skirt is fully lined with cotton voile. Thoughtfully crafted in the USA and made to order.
