During the Queen’s trial, Alice boldly eats a piece of mushroom - and begins to grow, larger and larger, until she towers over the entire court. The Queen, outraged by her size and her refusal to stay silent, shouts again and again, “Off with her head!” But Alice, no longer afraid, stands her ground. The illusion begins to crack.
