GARDEN COVER CROP SEED MIXTURE

Our simple cover crop or green manure mixture of Austrian Winter Peas, Buckwheat, and Beardless Barley is an excellent option for planting between seasons. These species increase nitrogen in the soil and add nutrients back to the soil while covering the ground to reduce erosion. Cover crops have an extensive list of benefits and uses that include a green manure option for grazing animals, weed control, and increasing next year's yields.
