Complete set of ceiling paneling. Constructed of 6mm Baltic Birch plywood. Includes all hardware needed to install. Remote support for installation provided. Not finished, but lightly sanded Includes aluminum pieces to keep paneling straight at edges Includes custom fit plywood "ceiling rib" at rear to keep ceiling level Black plastic trim is provided for front headliner detail Black plastic channel trim is provided for seam between middle and side panels (usually covered by our mounting rails) Expect ~1/8" gap at all edges, ideal for upholstering Precise hole placements utilize stock van locations Requires installation of approximately 20 plusnuts for mounting Must use supplied 1/4-20 bolts with 5/8" diameter thin head (black) Tucks behind foam blobs, which require modification to fit panels
