It's definitely a natural coffee and gives you that fermenty taste, but the sweetness combined with the natural notes is a delight. We sourced this coffee from our wonderful friends of Samaria Coffee Importers. The folks at Samaria own a few of their own farms, and import their own coffee. We're super excited about this new relationship.
