Double Ruffle Bloomers™️~ Stars

Syd & MiMi Double Ruffle Bloomers are made from the same great fabric as our leos.  Solids are made with a 95% cotton/5% spandex dyed fabric.  Our custom prints and florals are printed onto a cotton/spandex/poly blank base fabric. *Tops/accessories sold separately  *DRB’s run true to size and can be easily sized up.  They feature elastic in the waist and leg openings.   *Please hand or machine wash on delicate and lay flat to dry.  Shrinking/fading may occur if machine dried.    *For more sizing help, please see the Sizing Album in our Facebook VIP group.
