 Twirl Skorts are made with the same soft, slightly stretchy cotton/spandex fabric that our printed Leos are made with.   Pull on style with banded waist and attached shortie underneath. (see pic) *Leo, Tees, Accessories sold separately  *True to size, same fit as our Skater Skirts.  Hand or machine wash, on delicate, in cold water, and lay flat to dry.  Machines (especially dryers) will cause shrinking and possibly fading
