It can slide up to 5.5" (14 cm) from the center of the pole, and can be easily rotated to your desired position.  Placement: Any Upper Pole, Complete Pole, Low Profile Brackets, Center Pole or directly to any flat surface Motion Attachment Included: No - must order motion attachment (item no. 7110-1200 or 7160-0436) separately Tilt: No Rotates: Entire arm - 360° can lock at every 15°.
