Expansion Shelf Splice Kit

Join two Expansion Shelves to create an adjustable-width mega-shelf. Possible widths are: Expansion Shelf Large millimeters:  489, 540, 591, 641, 692, 743 inches:  19.25, 21.25, 23.25, 25.25, 27.25, 29.25 Expansion Shelf Medium millimeters:  391, 442, 493, 544, 594 inches:  15.4, 17.4, 19.4, 21.4, 23.4 Expansion Shelf Small (discontinued) millimeters:  437, 488, 538, 589, 640, 691 inches:  17.2, 19.2, 21.2, 23.2, 25.2, 27.2 CAUTION:  The splice kit is strong, but not invincible.  Weight should be evenly distributed across the spliced shelves.  If heavy gear is placed on a spliced shelf, the weight should be centered above the gear support edges on the underlying stand. ASSEMBLY:  Tools are not necessary. All 4 pairs of fasteners must be used.  Join the screws and nuts by holding the flat top of the screw in place with your fingertip, while spinning the hex nut with your other hand.  But if you have a 1/16" (1.5 mm) hex key you may use it.
