Expansion Shelf Splice Kit

Join two SynthRISE Expansion Shelves together to create an adjustable-width mega-shelf. The combined shelf width can be as narrow or as wide as you like, as long as there is enough shelf overlap to allow use of all four sets of screws and nuts. CAUTION:  The splice kit is strong, but it's not invincible.  Weight should be evenly distributed across the spliced shelves.  If heavy gear is placed on a spliced shelf, the weight should be centered above the gear support edges on the underlying stand. Either join two identical shelves together, or add a smaller shelf to a larger shelf as a "wing". See the false-color CAD images which show the kit in use.
