This glittery topper is hiding a fun green glow-in-the-dark effect! Packed with black and white and iridescent glitters, this polish can be worn on its own or as a topper. Glow in the dark polishes are charged by sunlight or UV light; the longer the charge, the brighter and longer the glow will appear!  *The polish appears cloudy in the bottle, due to the glow pigment.
