Our Process: Upon receiving your compressor housing, we create a 3D digital model and calculate the anti-surge displacement based on the turbo’s efficiency. Important Sizing Information: We machine your cover based on the compressor inlet size, not the compressor wheel size. You can measure the inlet using a tape measure, caliper, or micrometer, or contact your turbo manufacturer for the specs. We offer machining services for inlets of various sizes (4", 5", 5.5", 6", etc.). Choose the service that matches your inlet size. The turbocharger brand does not affect our machining process (e.g., Garrett, eBay turbo, Chinese re-brands, etc.).
