Ready to take a culinary trip to the Guangdong province of China? In this class we will be learning the art to making a great Pan-Fried Dumplings, then slow roasting some Cantonese Char Siu Pork, Szechuan Green Beans with Kewpie, Nuo Mi Fan (Chinese Stir Fried Sticky Rice), and for Dessert we will make our own Homemade Fortune Cookies This class is scheduled in PST & has a duration of approximately 3 hours.
