Late Night Japanese BBQ - 12/06/25
Exploring the grand tradition of late night snacking in Tokyo, this class will highlight some Izakaya staples such as Okonomiyaki, a fully-loaded "pancake" with cabbage and thin-sliced pork belly topped with two different savory sauces. Next up is Pork & Shrimp Gyoza, classic potstickers that combine two cooking methods: steaming and pan-frying to create two distinct textures in each bite. Yakitori Chicken Skewers are another delicious snack we will cover, grilled to order and served with a sweet and sticky yakitori sauce. Rounding out our cooking methods we will also showcase a typical fried snack: Mixed Vegetable Tempura with a soy-based citrus dipping sauce. Last but not least, house-made Black Sesame Ice Cream provides a perfect refreshing bite to end the meal. This class is scheduled in PST & has a duration of approximately 3 hours.
