Join us for an exciting evening featuring local Guest Chef Vindi Rathnayake as she hosts a masterclass of Sri Lankan staples! Known for her authentic Sri Lankan style and prominent online presence, Chef Vindi was born in Sri Lanka where she originally pursued a career as a software engineer. After relocating to Melbourne, Australia, she traded in her keyboard for an apron and became a certified baker and pastry chef. Since then, her work has took her through several prominent artisanal bakeries and patisseries throughout Melbourne before she relocated to Seattle where she works as a part-time culinary instructor and highly-active food blogger (@Vindiskitchen).
