Father's Day Package for Up to 6 or Up to 10:  House-Smoked Brisket:  Dry rubbed, then hickory-smoked for 14 hours. Served with three barbecue sauces. (Contains dairy. Gluten-free, Nut-free.) Grilled Chicken: Six or Ten all natural 6 oz chicken breasts. Marinated in a blend of herbs and char grilled. Served with herbed butter. (Contains Dairy. Gluten-free, Nut-free.) Coal Roasted House Made Baked Beans: with red peppers, Bacon, pinto and baked beans, and molasses. (Gluten-free, Dairy-free, Nut-free.) Creamy Celery Seed Coleslaw (Contains Dairy. Gluten-free, Nut-free) Loaded Baked Potato Salad: Creamy baked potato salad, topped with applewood-smoked bacon, sharp cheddar cheese, and scallions. (Contains Dairy. Gluten-free, Nut-free.) Nut-free) *Discounts do not apply to holiday packages.  Cancellation Policy:  Customers must cancel orders by Monday, June 10th to receive a refund with a 10% cancellation fee. If you cancel your order after  Monday, June 10th, no refund will be offered. Orders placed after Monday, June 10th may not be cancelled.  To limit food waste, we will happily deliver your meal to a friend, neighbor, or co-worker who can accept the order in your absence.
