Auteur Pinot Noir Sonoma Coast

Kenneth and Laura Juhasz make tiny lots of wines from top sites long the Sonoma Coast. We're talking the best of the best -- Hyde, Durrell, Gap's Crown, and Manchester Ridge, just to name a few. They make their wines in a very slow and intentional manner. All fruit comes from organically farmed vineyards, only native yeasts are used, aging is done on the lees in very high-grade French oak barrels, and the finished wines are amazing. Their Pinot Noir is rich, complex, silky and sumptuous. Layers of cherry, black cherry, plum, baking spices, and forest floor are clearly evident in both the nose and on the palate of this rock star Pinot Noir. Just under 500 cases were produced.
