Bidoli Merlot

Insiders know that Friuli produces some superb Merlots, and this one might be the best value of them all. From the Bidoli family estate, this Merlot "behaves" a bit like a good, entry point Bordeaux.  "It is a wine with an intense ruby red colour, very fragrant. It has a dry, soft, harmonious flavour, with typical hints of wild red berries, such as raspberries. It is ideal with red meat, roasts, poultry, rabbit and semi-aged cheeses."- Winemaker Notes
