Champagne Gimonnet-Gonet Rose L'Eclat

Founded in 1986 by Philippe Gimonnet and Anne Gonet, descendants of two iconic Champagne families, this is a new staff favorite Rose Champagne. A blend of 93% Chardonnay and 7% Pinot Noir, it is pure, zesty, and racy. Offering up a nice mix of crushed tart berries, salty mineral, and dried rose petal. Elegant, refined, and refreshing, this would make a wonderful pairing with poultry, sushi, or smoked salmon.
