From one of our favorite small growers, Voirin-Jumel's Tradition Brut is one of the finest true Champage values in the marketplace. A blend of 50% Chardonnay from Grand Cru sites and 50% Pinot Noir from Premier Cru vineyards, this stuff is super classy, refined, and it crushes so many Champagnes from bigger houses whose wines sell for much more.  Quite rich and full-bodied yet fresh and definitely dry, this boasts aromas and flavors of cherry, pear, tangerine, brioche, and hazelnut. You will struggle to find a better bubbly for your dollar.
