Domaine de la Solitude Cotes du Rhone Blanc

Solitude is one of the oldest family-owned and -operated estates in the Southern Rhone, and their CDR Blanc drinks a bit like a White Chateauneuf. The blend contains Viognier, Clairette, Grenache Blanc, and Marsanne, all fermented in tank. Delivering exotic and aromatic notes of apricot, ripe citrus, flowers, and spice, it has wonderful texture, and it's ideal for those who don't like their whites overly-acidic. Delicious!
