Domaine Michel Bregeon Muscadet Sevre et Maine Sur Lie Clisson 'La Molette'

Bregeon is certainly one of the leading lights of Muscadet production, and this is one of their rarest cuvees. From the Clisson Cru, the Bregeon's work with 50+ year-old, certified organic Melon vines to create this evocative and expressive white wine. There's lovely purity to the wet stone and saline qualities, but there's incredible texture and length here as well. This belongs at the table with a big platter of oysters and other shellfish.
