Description This sculpture by Chaim Gross was completed around 1940 or 1941, at the time when he was gaining serious critical acclaim both in the United States and abroad. This piece is very representative of his work of the period and resembles his sculpture of Lillian Leitzel that is in the collection of the Met. She is a beauty and one we will be lucky to find again.
