Most Developed Bonus Card compatible with Catan's Settlers of Catan and Expansions

This "Most Developed" card adds a new level of gameplay and is compatible with all variations of Catan.  Specifications: ~3.25in x 4in card, same dimensions as most Catan bonus cards 1.5mm thick, printed on board game stock — not paper or card stock Similar language to other bonus victory point cards found in games like Settlers of Catan Text reads: "2 Victory Points!" "The first player to purchase 5 Development cards gets this card. Another player who purchases more Development cards takes this card.
