From New York, Florida, California, to New Mexico, and back again, Hagop Chakrian was a professional artist who focuses on creating abstract art.  He had various galleries, shows, and exhibitions throughout his lifetime.  Chakrian’s work was mostly based with oil mediums on clay based paper, as well as lithograph prints.Hagop Chakrian’s art doesn’t necessarily fit the normality of a formal aesthetic.  Broad dark lines, in combination with an intense array of colors.  Hagop Chakrian’s art is designed to make the eye wander and explore the entire composition, his art being anything but straight forward.
