Designed for military and law enforcement professionals, this kit includes three Haley Strategic MP2 inserts for a smooth draw—bullets front or back—and fast reloads under pressure. The flap also comes with bungee retention and S&S Precision Pull Tabs, which can be removed for open-top access when needed. Made from laser-cut 500D laminate Cordura, it's built to handle hard use in the field.
