The Combat Tourniquet Kit comes with a NAR Combat Application Tourniquet® (C-A-T®) (GEN 7), Tactical Med Shears, and a Tourniquet/Shear TQ labeled Pouch. This kit allows quick and easy access to your medical shears and tourniquet without having to open a full medical kit.  The pouch can be strapped on the outside of you med kit, on your duty belt, and on you vest or pack.
